Real Mentorship. Real Growth. For the Life You're Meant to Live.

Manifest Change is built around a structured 12-week mentorship program to help young men develop discipline, awareness, and direction.

Each participant goes through a personalized process that includes:

  • A pre-program intake to understand their background, mindset and goals
  • Weekly one-on-one sessions (in person or virtual)
  • Honest, real conversations focused on decision-making and accountability
  • Reflection assignments to reinforce what is discussed
  • A focus on identifying habits, challenging thinking patterns, and building better structure

This is not just advice. It is a process designed to help participants understand how they think, why they make certain decisions, and how to move forward with purpose.

What You Should Expect

Step 1: Intake & Understanding

Before starting, each participant completes an intake questionnaire. This helps identify:

  • Background and current situation
  • Mindset and habits
  • Goals and challenges

This allows the program to be tailored to the individual, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Step 2: Weekly Mentorship Sessions

Participants meet once a week for one-hour sessions (in person or virtual). These sessions focus on:

  • Real conversations about life, decisions, and direction
  • Accountability and follow-through
  • Understanding how and why they think the way they do

Step 3: Reflection and Application

Between sessions, participants complete reflection assignments. These are designed to:

  • Reinforce what was discussed
  • Encouraging self-awareness
  • Apply lessons to real-life situations

Step 4: Building Structure and Direction

As the program progresses, the focus shifts toward:

  • Identifying patterns and habits
  • challenging unproductive thinking
  • Creating structure and consistency

The goal is not just conversation, but real change in behavior and decision-making.

Step 5: Moving Forward

By the end of the program, participates leave with:

  • Greater clarity and direction
  • Improved discipline and accountability
  • A foundation to continue growing beyond the program

This program is designed to meet participants where they are and help them move forward with purpose.

Who This Is For

Who This Is Not For

This program is for those who:

  • Feel uncertain about their path or future
  • Know they are capable of more but lack consistency
  • Are open to honest conversations and real feedback
  • Want to build discipline and better decision-making habits
  • Are willling to be challenged and held accountable

This program may not be a good fit for those who:

  • Are not open to feedback or self-reflection
  • Are unwilling to commit to weekly sessions
  • Are looking for quick answers instead of real growth

Commitment Matters

Growth Requires effort and consistency. Participants are expected to:

  • Show up consistently
  • Be honest during sessions
  • Complete reflection assignments
  • Take the process seriously
