Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of manifest-change.org (“Website”), operated by Manifest Change (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Website.
1. Website Use
Our Website provides information about Manifest Change, mentorship opportunities, educational resources, our podcast, and ways to support or get involved with our mission.
You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Submit false, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with an organization.
- Attempt to access restricted systems or interfere with the Website’s security or operation.
- Introduce malicious software, spam, or other harmful material.
- Use Website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
2. Mentorship Inquiries and Participation
Manifest Change offers mentorship for young men ages 15–25. Sending an inquiry or expressing interest does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or immediate access to a mentor. Participation depends on program fit, intake review, mentor availability, and capacity.
Submitting a Website form does not enroll you or another person in a program or create a mentorship relationship.
These Website Terms do not replace any separate intake documents, participation agreements, or consent forms applicable to a program. For prospective participants under 18, please contact us to discuss parent or guardian involvement and applicable consent requirements.
Mentorship experiences and outcomes vary. We do not guarantee particular personal, educational, employment, or other results.
3. Educational Content and Scope of Mentorship
Manifest Change provides mentorship, guidance, accountability, and personal-development support. Our mentorship and Website content are not licensed mental-health treatment, therapy, clinical counseling, medical care, or crisis services.
Website articles, videos, podcast episodes, and personal stories provide general information and perspectives. They are not individualized professional advice and should not replace care or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Our contact forms and email are not emergency-response services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
4. Podcast and Mature Content
The Manifest Change Podcast is intended for audiences ages 18 and older. Episodes may discuss sensitive or mature subjects, including addiction, trauma, violence, mental health, suicide, and other difficult life experiences. Listener discretion is advised.
This age advisory applies to the podcast and does not change the age ranges of our mentorship programs.
Statements by podcast guests reflect their personal experiences and opinions and do not necessarily represent Manifest Change’s views or recommendations.
5. Donations
Online donations are processed through Zeffy and its payment-processing providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Please review the amount, frequency, and other details before submitting a donation. Any optional contribution to Zeffy supports its platform and is separate from your donation to Manifest Change.
If you choose a recurring donation, you authorize charges at the frequency shown during checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel future recurring donations through Zeffy’s donor tools or contact us for assistance. Canceling future payments does not automatically refund donations already processed.
If you believe a donation was made in error or have a refund question, contact manifestchange@icloud.com promptly. Requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, applicable law, and the payment provider’s processing requirements.
We do not guarantee the tax treatment of an individual donation. Please consult a qualified tax professional about your circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise identified, original Website content is owned by Manifest Change or used with permission from its owners. Third-party names, logos, videos, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view Website content for personal, noncommercial use and share links to our public pages. Reproducing, republishing, selling, or distributing protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits uses permitted by copyright law.
7. Forms and Public Comments
When submitting an inquiry or comment, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share.
Where blog comments are available, approved comments and the display name you submit may appear publicly. Do not include sensitive personal information about yourself or another person in a public comment. Comment email addresses are not displayed publicly.
You retain ownership of your comments. By submitting a comment for publication, you give Manifest Change nonexclusive permission to display it on the Website and process it as needed to operate and moderate the comment feature.
We may review, decline, or remove comments containing spam, harassment, unlawful material, private information, or content unrelated to the discussion. Publication is not guaranteed.
Submitting a private inquiry does not give us permission to publish it as a testimonial or public story.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website includes or links to third-party services and content, including Zeffy, YouTube, and social media platforms.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link or embedded feature does not by itself constitute endorsement of every statement, product, or service offered by that provider.
Please review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services before using them.
9. Website Availability and Limitation of Liability
We aim to keep the Website useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may update, suspend, or discontinue Website features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, Manifest Change is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. These Website Terms do not establish a waiver of liability for participation in mentorship programs.
10. Privacy and Changes to These Terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information through the Website and connected services.
We may update these Terms as our Website or activities change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and will apply to use of the Website after they take effect. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
